Dislocated Elbow

The use of cleats can be hazardous if you don’t get your foot out fast enough.  The hired bikes didn’t have them, but we had a couple of falls, so they’ll probably be discouraged on future rides.  We had one dislocated and fractured elbow as a result, and an excuse to muck about in the hospital.
